Asphalt Mixing Plant

The largest modern German asphalt mixing plant, Benninghoven ECO 4000, boasting a capacity of up to 320 tons per hour, is situated in Tbilisi. Its strategic location enables swift delivery of the asphalt mix to various facilities across the capital or beyond.

The ECO module thus minimizing its environmental impact. Additionally, the plant maintains a low noise level, while its safety systems are designed to prevent oil spills and soil contamination.

Bitumen Emulsion Plant

Bitumen emulsion is a crucial component of asphalt laying works. To ensure top-notch quality, the Tesen Production employs a modern bitumen emulsion plant of the MARINI emulFALT 15 type, boasting a high productivity rate of 15 tons per hour. In total, the enterprise can mix and store up to 25 tons of hot emulsion, providing a fast and flexible solution for high-performance emulsion stabilization projects.
